Products can be browsed on our website and ordered by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, Viber, or email. Payment is accepted in-store at the time of purchase or pickup. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any product.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within Malé and Hulhumalé for orders above MVR 100. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and logistics. Flow Rate is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on returns. In summary, products may be returned within 24 hours of purchase in their original, unused condition.

6. User Accounts

You may create an account on our website to save your cart and personal details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Flow Rate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
