24-Hour Return Window

Products may be returned for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products that have been installed, modified, damaged by the customer, or show signs of use will not be eligible for return.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, provided they are reported within 24 hours of purchase with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom-ordered products, clearance or sale items, electrical components that have been removed from packaging, and consumable items (fuses, blades, adhesives, etc.).

How to Return

Bring the product to our store at H. Dheedhaaru, Guleynooran Magu, Malé, along with your original receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
